The bottom line is you are ultimately responsible for your own actions. Everyone knows the risks and the consequences of illegal narcotics use. You know your purchases support the cartels, slavery, forced prostitution and murder.
You seem to believe that somehow there is a means of risk free narcotics use and there isn't. The damage to your body is severe and in many cases permanent. No drug treatment will be able to solve it. There isn't a magic solution available, you destroy your dopamine receptors, they are gone and your ability to feel pleasure in normal circumstances goes with it.
We live in a free society. Our government has set a prohibition against certain narcotics because they believe there is no safe method of use. As a free person you have the right to ignore that prohibition but it's not society's job to try to mitigate the consequences of your actions.
I'm sorry your life has gone to shit, but it's the life you chose. I totally respect your right to make that choice. However, I don't respect your attempt to deny your responsibility of your situation and try to make the government responsible. This isn't Portugal, we don't have the same family or social structure, so de-criminalisation won't have the same outcome.


Unfortunately, this is the reality and there is no quick fixes or miracles.
