| Comment | They didn't drag it on for 6 years. They pled guilty at essentially the first opportunity. It took 6 years for the HSE and Crown to get the case to court. And it was human error, someone wrote something down and didn't transfer it onto a computer. The definition of human error, within a somewhat wider systemic issue due to cuts and the creation of police scotland. |
