| Comment | Echoing what others have said about local councillors, but maybe also worth phoning the anti social noise people too. I've only used them for noisy neighbours tbf so I'm not sure if they'd be able to take action on this, but, they're very helpful and will be able to advise of what best to do or who else to contact if they can't help.
Definitely try and keep a record of number plates, cat makes, as well dates, times, duration etc. The more information you have the better. And videos can help too especially if they're gone before the noise people turn up.
