Your first comment in this thread was that Scottish police were cowards, insinuating they were too slow, didn't use enough force in dealing with the guy, but now you're stating they kick the shit out of people. Police are expected to use force on people, the firebrigade carry out rescues and put out fires, so it's a pretty stupid comparison, even so people do regularly attack the fire brigade for putting out bonfires etc. Just under a thousand fire fighters are assaulted by the public every year according to a quick Google search.
I mean if you think scottish police are cowards, that makes me think you are comparing them to some other police force which you prefer? |
