| Comment | Does anyone know who this wonderful gentleman who gladly batters his dog in public is?

He had already booted the dog 3-4 times before I was able to start recording and capture another kick. He states in the video that he stays near Westwood Tesco/near the school and it sounds like he starts to say his street name "White..." And then cuts himself off.
Looking to report to the SSPCA and potentially the police. Threatened to batter me whilst he was at it.
