I was gonna suggest just taking a photo with your phone so you can forward it to the cops but the wanks would probably take it straight out of your hand. Definitely report this stuff to the cops so at least there is some record of it. That's next level begging and is an escalation that leads to the same shit you get in London which ultimately leads to rife pick pocketing.
