I don't know specifically what 3D motion graphics entails but I used to lecture on, amongst other things, character art and animation for Video Games (am a developer), and will say knowing which part brings you joy will be very important to knowing whether a course will meet your needs.

Glasgow Uni has it's games development club, I know there are a bunch of 3D artists who dip in and out there, and I'm sure you could get some contact time with a more experienced person there.

If you let me know what aspect of 3D is of interest to you I can recommend some courses perhaps.

BTW, web development alone is dull as pond water (imo, YMMV, no offence etc.)!unless you are super into UI/UX Dev. If you want to sit on the technical side of web development, as someone recommended, there are courses on a number of web technologies which may stand you in better stead. In my experience a focus on frontend is often only of value to an employer if you clearly understand the tech stack and deployment architecture you're sitting on top of.
