| Comment | It's only 2 yrs old. Unfortunately, we bought it online from some non-standard retailer like Big Furniture Warehouse or something like that so doubt we could get it fixed through them as it probably came from China or something. And no jumping haha, looks like the culprit is a cheap chip board support beam. If I had the time and tools I could probably fix it myself but I am at the point I just want it done. |
