| Comment | I have been considering switching from Enterprise to cowheels recently, sucks they don't sound much better.
Enterprise were great in Brighton and when I first moved to Glasgow were great but since covid the service has been awful. Obviously they did the best they could with having to clean cars between uses however even since they no longer need to do that there is still barely any availability (I have \~10 nearby spaces), I have had reservations cancelled or rearranged 3/4 times in the last few months (ie every time, I dont use them often), and they tried to charge me for a cracked window screen that there was 0 chance I did (may still be trying, havent heard back from them in a while) |
