| Comment | When I was starting my account w Royal Bank of Scotland, I tried to do the online application on their website but proof of address and ID kept getting denied. Went to the bank and they said I had to make a call and get mailed a paper application form, then go back to the bank with my ID afterward. The problem with RBS is that you can’t come in to open your account because of Covid. While their app is great and such, it was definitely a pain to open an account with them. |
