I agree, and said it before. It feels very unwelcoming and gives the impression this sub is a reflection of the kind of people that lives in Glasgow, and it's absolutely not the case. Even reading through the sidebar made me cringe a little bit - no news, no asking questions, basically don't bother making a post, it'll be deleted! Sad state of affairs.
