Thing is as well, I seen a bunch of iffy stuff (surrounding the centre, funnily enough) while I was researching the area before moving in, and was pleasantly surprised to see my immediate surroundings basically just consists of families and old people. Even the walk through Springburn to college wasn't alarming in the slightest.
