I live in Glasgow 16 years and this never stopped amusing me. I can't imagine how sorry someone's life has to be to spent all this time and money on this ridiculous uniforms, instruments and whatnot and to practice in this marching band just to walk across the town from time to time in order to annoy people you don't like...
