| Comment | I was just about to top-up for tomorrow, but I can't find any actual detail on how to get a refund, their site just says refunds (less their scalping) is available for "a period" (no actual detail).
They bang on about visiting "the website" (no link provided) and accessing your "online account". Whilst I can login, powered by Weezevents (link is to a **French** site), to top-up there is **_fuck all_** detail on how I can manage my account.
It is as scammy as all balls and I am seriously considering not going now. Guess the money on the tickets is wasted, or maybe I'll try a dispute. |
