Thanks for asking, we’ve had problems with one substrate before, currently our preferred one, Kaytee Clean and cosy extreme odour control, hasn’t been available for ages so we’ve been using back-2-nature for the time being with shredded paper and cut up old clothes. If you’ve got any input that could help we’d really appreciate it.
