| Comment | Can confirm this - it took our building well over a year to get an extremely anti-social tenant who was literally ruining everyone's lives evicted, you will have ages 'til the shit really hits the fan. Fuck the rent, feed yourself and pay whatever bills you need to keep going. As someone else said, talk to your HA - they'd much rather suspend your rent for a couple of months than go through the expensive and lengthy process of eviction.
