Red onion is a specialist restraint that does frankly excellent menus that are gf, or vegan, or dairy free. The chef has a coeliac wife and used to work for a vegan celebrity so is very knowledgeable!
Someone else has mentioned pizza punks who are excellent, although I'd double check about cross contamination with their ovens!
In terms of cafes, a really good option is meadow road in partick, everything they bake is gluten free, and half of it is vegan too! Excellent wee place.
You then have all your usual chain places, there are a couple of chip shops that do gf but I'd avoid any in the city centre like the plague!
