I’m a diagnosed coeliac but don’t eat out much so not really any use to you. When I do it’s almost always Indian curry’s which are almost guaranteed to be fine if you stick to chicken tikka starter, any curry main and rice.
Presumably if you’re diagnosed then you’ll have membership of coeliac UK though which lists the accredited places where cross contamination shouldn’t be an issue |
