Yup, have got the membership but always found it useful to ask local's advice if possible. (In my experience, lots of great places are safe but not necessarily accredited. It just depends on whether the chefs truly understand and appreciate the problem and can effectively avoid cross-contamination or not. If I stuck to only accredited places, I wouldn't have tried some really decent restaurants and would have missed out on some amazing food.) |
