| Comment | Yeah, I'll admit I sometimes risk it more as the - gut wrenching - pain only lasts a few days to a week with me[1], although I know I'm very likely doing myself serious damage in the long run.
([1]contamination dependent - obviously eating an entire wheat pizza would probably kill me for the month...)
I appreciate your frustration though. Even though I've found most places that are on top of it are usually good 99% of the time, I had to scratch one of my favourite restaurants off my list earlier this month after I got glutened there. I'd being going there for months too, so it was a real surprise and a real shame...
