The bus stops are pretty shite admittedly! If you have time, I would do a practice run? Fellow ADHD and high anxiety person here so I totally get it. Try not to panic too much, people are late in their first few weeks so try not to get in a state about it and remmeber you will be ther when you are there. I usually plan to try and get the bus (or 2 buses) before the one I actually need where possible. If you can tell me the route I can have a look for you? |
