| Comment | So, this makes me think about nursing agencies. Many of them are small businesses. I know some people who have a long nursing career behind them who then start their own nursing agencies and, given the demand for nurses at the moment, seem to be making a real go of it.

I don't know that they have a CEO who knows all of the "business", maybe it isn't totally necessary as it isn't a traditional approach to business anyway? It's about the ethos and what you can do for your community, in my eyes anway. |
