I've been working in hospices for the last 6 years - for a giant, UK charity and now for a more local one. They do well out of donations and various funding opportunities, and I think that's because people recognise the NEED and value it greatly. Which makes me think that people would value a carer co-op also, good care, by an organisation that actually gives a shit. Seems like a no-brainer to at least give it a go!
