| Comment | That's part of the point, yes. I don't think saying that carers deserve to be paid more and that no-one is going to get rich from working for a co-op are contradictory. You can be paid a fair wage, better than minimum wage (which, whether you're aware of it or not, is what most carers are paid, particularly if they work for a private care provider) but know that you're never going to be a millionaire... |
