Does a small co-op that's providing care have to have a CEO? Again, I return to the idea of nursing agencies. They're mostly run by people with a long background in nursing, who see a gap in the market/unmet need, and go about filling it. It doesn't seem crazy to do it with a co-op ethos. It seems like a no brainer, tbh.
