You're proximity to the cabinet and distance to the exchange governs what you get regardless of the provider you choose. At my old flat I was getting 80/20, in the new place I'm lucking to get 15/3; it's a joke; now we're stuck with Virgin. :-(
When you picking an Openreach ISP, your basically paying for the customer service and technical skills. Zen are *very* good, as are A&A. |
