The little electronic shops that rip you off for fixing your phone screen etc usually stock plenty of really old electronics. Seen some pretty hilarious old sunbleached boxes of Chinese tape players etc at the one on Queen Margaret Drive.
Just be prepared to barter as they might try and mug you off by throwing in a set of fake sunglasses...
