So it’s almost double for each attorney (the attorney is you, not the parent or whatever btw)
Both my folks have dementia but my mum is considerably further gone so we had to get the GP to officially assess her and make sure she understood what was happening. The advice I got was do it as soon as possible as it’s much more difficult down the road if they can’t make the decision themselves. Just something to take in to account if you’re in the same boat… |
