What do you do if you see someone who lives in a nearby close dump stuff on the pavement? I happened to be looking out the window and witnessed them walk out, dump stuff in the middle of our street, then walk back in their close while doing a shifty glance around. No idea who they are or what flat they live in.
What's the done thing in this situation?
Normally I'd report it through the Glasgow app thing, but it honestly pisses me off that the council workers come clear it and the dumpers think that's how it's meant to work. |
