Not really a park or that near Paisley, but there is a a bit of spare ground just up towards the Clyde from West St subway that I've seen used by skaters and skateboarders.
A nice flat bit of pristine tarmac that is unused and even has some cover from the rain, as it's under the motorway overpass.
There was actually a petition shared here a few months back to get it made into a real skate park.
