Comment | Here i know glaswegians and the central belt as a whole don’t really care much but you should move away from calling everyone addicted to drugs, heroin, methadone, etc junkies.
They’re human beings who have families and lives before and hopefully after addiction. They are people who need help and society just forgets about them, except when they die and then suddenly everyone goes on about how much of a shame it is that we have so many drug deaths.
It’s a dehumanising term, for people who ultimately need help and brought back so that they can have their lives again. |
