Comment | Yeah I laughed myself out the sales office. They are a joke and give not a single shit about customers as their attitude is “someone else will buy if you don’t”. They’re also lazy and don’t bother answering the phone or calling you back.
It wasn’t a very good spec in the show home and they told me that was *after* £30k of extras added…
I think you get a basic built-in wardrobe as standard but even the upgraded one isn’t soft-close and was tiny. The bath in the main bathroom was pathetic too (not available as a plumber shower either, only a tacked-on electric one). Super basic bath panel that didn’t fit properly. The panel was that cheap B&Q flexy white rubbish that you see usually on the cheapest baths and doesn’t align properly.
Some of the tiling was nice but overall just quite a poor spec. For reference I’m currently living in an Avant home and the spec is far superior, despite them not being a particularly premium builder.
Bottom line: lots of red flags with this development. I had a bad feeling the whole time I was there and won’t be back. |
