This is the complete opposite of my experience, I've gone as an NHS patient, been completely happy with all the treatment and never been upsold anything - but I haven't been since lockdown and I've just noticed the owner Paul (which is who did my treatment) has sold up and it's under new ownership - is your experience with the new owners?
