Flats are not sound proofed at all. Worse if your neighbour above is a titan and has laminate (prick move)
Neighbour 2 down stairs(last one vanished after her bf threatened her) had loud bass playing at different time of the day.
She used to have music so loud I could hear it, after challenging her she said innocently "oh I only have music oan when a hoover...."
I was like ffs..... Anyway moved to South Side and the neighbours are much quieter. Not council area and its bliss. Flats are still bad for sound proofing.
I'd go for a house if I could,esp if you drive. All the best. |
