| Comment | That's like saying aircraft cabin crew are just trolley dollys who serve gin and stop you from shagging in the toilets. You see a little bit of what they do and, more importantly, what they're trained for. As long as everything is going well and they're not needed people will assume it's low skilled work but when things go wrong and they're needed to evacuate people to safety they're worth the wages. Abellio have no incentive to step in to address the issue - the Scottish government need to take control of this issue and do so immediately. |
