Monzo does require a UK address but (to my knowledge) they don’t validate it so I’d try them. Bonus you can open an account entirely online.
You might have some luck if you visit a branch and speak with an advisor face to face incase there’s anything they can do which might not be listed on the websites but not an option while you’re quarantined. Sorry, hope you get it sorted and welcome to glasgow! |
