Comment	I mean yeah I wouldn't expect rents to be lower than that in a relatively central area of a major city with a stable job market and a wealth of high-paid jobs £450 is how much you'd pay for an okay-ish flat in the East End of Dundee or in most of Perth. You can't even find a place in the West End of Dundee for that. I'm not sure why you expect Dennistoun should be cheaper than that.

£450 is how much you'd pay for an okay-ish flat in the East End of Dundee or in most of Perth. You can't even find a place in the West End of Dundee for that. I'm not sure why you expect Dennistoun should be cheaper than that.
