I just sold my flat and it went 8% over home report. HR was about 10k above what I expected so it seems Surveyors are starting to push up their assessments to reflect demand and the recent selling prices in the immediate area. Still a wild game out there though. Sold to a wonderful person who had put in bids at almost 20 places so far.
