Ignore the price listed on zoopla. Find the home report value and add up to 15% onto it depending on area. You will need to come up with that 15% in cash on top of your deposit, as your lender will only lend up to the home report value. Find yourself an independent mortgage adviser and have an initial chat, they will help break it down for you, go through your finances etc and see whats achievable for you. Good luck!
