| Comment | Can someone tell me what the rules are for entering/leaving scotland to go to europe in regards to coronavirus?

Do I need a lateral flow before I go/come back from a non red list country? Do I actually need to book a pcr before returning? I just want a weekend in germany/croatia or suhin but it's confusing as fuck. |
