I fully understand and appreciate that. And I agree that going forward this is definitely something that needs improved. My ‘gripe’ is that it seems to be something that the council has a sole focus on in terms of transport. The roads I use regularly are a mess. I’ve genuinely replaced 9 tyres in less than 2 years. Tried claiming 3 of them and got rejected. Just gave up trying after that to be honest.
Should mention that I have reported all of the areas, some more than once, using the app. And only 2 of them have been repaired.

London road for example has had God knows how much spent on it over the past 10 years installing/improving cycle lanes on it and I’ve seen more people use the road than the lanes this year. (And they are well protected and brand new)

So it becomes very tiresome to see the amount of money being spent on infrastructure that is either not being utilised, or won’t be for a very very long time. But the infrastructure used by people he vast majority of people left to disintegrate further then claim not enough money to fix it.

Like how many bin collections have to be cut to save money versus new cycle lanes installed type argument.
