Ah the main bins are elsewhere! Good chance of catching them though as it sounds like they’re actually walking the litter tray to the bin and tipping it out rather than pouring it in to a bin bag in their flat like a normal person.
Maybe you could leave a roll of bin bags as a peace offering and ask them to at least use that in future. Shite solution but better than nothing
