Its quite nice inside and the downstairs outside bit is pretty modern. Whereas The Courtyard was a bit old man-ish, Cul Cuil is a more young working professional type of an outfit. £5 for a pint of Heineken though and Lagunitas is available on tap, for like £6 I believe.
Think it means "go in, go out" or something along those lines
