I think that is part of it. You get into the rut of isolation and even though its terrible, its hard to snap out of it.
This last year has been somehow worse than 2020. My Dad almost died in May, and had a stroke last week (albeit a mild one), and sitting here thinking about that, and staring into a computer screen taking notes all day. It succccks.
