| Comment | I'm not saying that properties aren't going over HR value but, at least for flats in the West End (which I am monitoring from personal interest) don't seem to be going in the space of a week as they did back when I was buying in February/March. I've seen very nice looking properties staying up for 1-2 months before they go to closing, and that's not what it looked like back in the spring.
Obviously that's just my opinion! |
