| Comment | We have spoken to them both I'm afraid, but they haven't taken it seriously at all. I have spoken to the neighbours I can speak to, and they are in agreement about it. The person I really need to get a hold of is the landlady above me. She paid to have the close repainted and repaired when she bought the flat, and hates fly tipping with a passion. Sadly she's never around, isn't currently renting the flat out, nor do I have her contact info. Otherwise she would have something to say about this, I'm sure of it. |
