It has regressed back to the 1980s. In fact, it's actually far worse. At least it was a vibrant, bustling place in the 80s, with a real sense of being on the up. And you've got that fucking idiot in charge at GCC with her big three billion pound plans, but she can't even get the potholes fixed. She's off her head if she thinks anyone is going to see the state of the place and think it's a wise investment.
