| Comment | I do them before I spend time with people, so, not just being in a shop for a short while, but if someone is coming to the house for a visit, or doing work which will mean they are there for a while, or before seeing friends and family in their homes, restaurants, sharing a car, etc. So every week I'm doing at least one, but usually 2 or even 3. |
