Bumble (I think) has a friends option as I've seen it mentioned here a few times. Keep an eye on the sub for the next r/Glasgow pub meet up, you'll meet a few folk from here and maybe make some friends. I'd look into groups focused around any hobbies you have as that's a great way to meet like minded people as well.
