| Comment | Keep in mind that the brother and son may be grateful to have a chat with you. Anyone providing round the clock care has little or no time to think about anything beyond except the person they're caring for and quite likely, they won't even have considered the impact on yourself.
If you contact any of the agencies on their behalf may be doing them a favour as they probably don't have enough time or energy to do it themselves. Sadly, there's not an awful lot of practical help available but every little helps.
